1. When unloading from the truck, use a double forklift and pay full attention to safety. Small cabinets should be supported by someone; or when they are lifted by a crane, use steel cables or steel belts with a diameter of 10mm or more. , Hang down safely;

3. Make sure to remove all the protective film of the outer packaging before use. After unpacking, it must be placed on a flat ground and placed horizontally;
4. After being transported, the ultra-low temperature refrigerator must be placed for more than 12 hours before it can be energized. If the inclination angle is large (more than 45 degrees) during transport, it must be placed for more than 24 hours to be energized, so that the inside of the refrigeration system can be reached after long-term transport. Balance a stable state.
Daily maintenance of cryogenic storage box
1. Cabinet cleaning: After power off, clean the inner and outer surfaces with a non-corrosive neutral detergent. After cleaning, wipe with a dry cloth.
Note: It is strictly forbidden to directly wash the inner and outer surfaces of the box with water, so as not to affect the electrical insulation performance. It is strictly prohibited to use boiling water, decontamination powder, acid, alkali, gasoline, alcohol, benzene, corrosive detergent, and hard brush for cleaning.
2. During long-term operation, frost is easy to accumulate at the door seal, the cabinet opening and the inner wall of the box. If the frost layer is too thick, it will affect the sealing performance and refrigeration performance. Please use a defrost shovel to defrost regularly and wipe it clean with a dry cloth.
3. Use a non-corrosive neutral cleaning agent to clean the inner and outer surfaces of the storage box. After cleaning, wipe it with a dry cloth.
4. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to regularly remove the dust on the condenser to maintain a good condensation effect.
